The Crisis Respite Services Coordinator will assist individuals in managing their crisis and will offer information, advocacy, and referrals for continued assistance and support after they leave the Agency’s Crisis Respite Center. The Agency’s Crisis Respite Center (CRC) is a program designed to provide any Sacramento / Sacramento County resident (18 years and older) who is experiencing a mental health hardship/crisis a place to go to receive support and gain hope for a resolution. The Crisis Respite Center is a person-centered program, providing a welcoming and non-judgmental environment for individuals who are in need of relief from the stresses of life, and who need assistance in stabilizing their mental health crisis. The individuals who come to the CRC may be experiencing a wide variety of mental health issues. The Crisis Respite Center is open and welcomes individuals 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
