About The Position
The respiratory therapist student trainee is a professional who works under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Department Manager and Registered Respiratory Therapists. Responsible to deliver a high standard of care in the treatment, management, control, diagnostic evaluation, and care of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. Effectively communicates and interacts with all members of the health care team, including patients, families, cardiopulmonary staff, physicians, nursing staff and other allied health personnel.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Program and in good standing.
