About The Position
The Respiratory Therapist - Registered (MI) is responsible for the provision of Respiratory Therapy procedures using established guidelines. Participates in patient /family education regarding disease process. Works cooperatively with all internal and external services to provide optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited respiratory care associate degree program, the ability to meet both NBRT certification and registration requirements.
- Basic computer skills.
- Applicable state Respiratory Therapist Licensure required.
- BCLS within one month of hire and NRP certification required within 3 months hire.
Nice To Haves
- One-year respiratory care experience preferable.
