About The Position

Ensures the availability of Life Support Equipment to meet changing needs for routine and emergent situations. Monitors and communicates changes in supply utilization patterns to assure supplies and equipment meet changing clinical practice needs. Redeploys used equipment using sound infection control procedures. Inventories & maintains resuscitation and oxygen equipment at bedsides in care units throughout the facility.

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to respond in a crisis situation and set priorities on a daily basis
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Nursing Assistant, or other hospital experience preferred
