About The Position

The Respiratory Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director, Neurology and Respiratory in planning, organizing and supervising activities in the department. The Respiratory Clinical Coordinator is responsible for establishing policies and procedures for the provision of services; assist in hiring process, staff competency validation, orienting and evaluating respiratory staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of and AMA approved school of Respiratory Therapy.
• Must have RRT credential from NBRC and hold a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Respiratory Care.
• Current BLS required.
• STABLE, NRP, PALS AND ACLS certifications must be obtained within one year and maintained.

Nice To Haves

• Five years respiratory care clinical experience preferred.
• May consider combination of education and hospital clinical experience in Respiratory Therapy.
