About The Position

NICU Respiratory Therapist (RCP III) Position Overview: To provide all aspects of respiratory care to neonatal patients in the NICU, nursery, labor and delivery, emergency room, surgery, and on transport. Act as a Charge RCP when a RCP IV not available. FULL-TIME POSITIONS MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $3,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS AND $1,000.00 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of respiratory therapy and be registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Completion of CMH NICU Training Program or two years documented advance practice clinical experience in NICU, Labor and delivery, competency in neonatal intubation.
• Current RCP license issued by the State of California Respiratory Care Board.
• Must be Registered ( RRT ) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Must have current Basic Cardiac Life Support ( BLS ) for Healthcare providers.
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program ( NRP )
• Current Pediatric Advance Life Support ( PALS )
