Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or commercial experience or a combination of both, within the healthcare ecosystem (sales, clinical, marketing, or related industry), working with healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in account planning and developing reimbursement and/or HUB services.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Advanced Pharmaceutical Sales knowledge (including specialty/highly specialized therapeutic areas).
  • Customer Engagement: Proven ability to engage with customers in healthcare practices, including hospitals and specialty clinics.
  • Innovative Skills: Strategic thinking in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies in the biopharmaceutical market.
  • Communication: Proven ability to understand and communicate scientific data.
  • Strategic Partnership: Experience in building effective working relationships and partnerships with healthcare providers and reimbursement organizations.
  • Business Acumen: Proficiency in business planning and implementation of successful strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of clinical disease states and treatment guidelines.
  • Effectively promote the product and educate healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve sales and activity goals through business planning, leveraging understanding of the market to address customer and business challenges.
  • Handle objections and demonstrate integrity in all customer interactions to foster trust and maintain credibility.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, collaborate on projects across functions, and contribute to approaches to solve business challenges.
