District Resource Teacher, Gifted (213 Days) 4 Positions available The Resource Teacher, District, (Gifted) will provide technical assistance, curriculum support, and training to school and district staff. Gifted DRT's will be expected to: Provide expertise in gifted services and compliance across elementary, middle and high school levels, including service delivery models, (Education Plan) EP documentation, transitions, and timelines. Support teachers and administrators through coaching, instructional modeling, technical assistance, and guidance to ensure high-quality gifted instruction and accurate compliance documentation aligned with district and state requirements. Strengthen gifted service delivery and identification in high-need and virtual settings through collaboration, data analysis, consultation, and targeted support. Ensure districtwide compliance by supporting schools with monitoring, timely documentation, and resolution of compliance concerns.
