Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Resource Specialist – Senior - to support this mission in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities: As a Resource Specialist - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Resource Specialist or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience with BS/BA or 6 years’ experience with MS/MA or 3 years’ experience with PhD. or 12 years' experience w/o a degree or 10 years' experience with AS/AA
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a technical expert in resource planning for the transition-in, ensuring seamless integration of personnel and minimizing service disruption.
  • Develops strategic resource plans for managing complex transitions, including staffing and facility needs.
  • Leads efforts to coordinate with incumbent contractors and Government personnel on all resource-related aspects of transition-in, ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Identifies and mitigates resource-related risks during the transition phase, developing contingency plans and presenting solutions to problems.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of transition-in resource strategies and recommends major changes for future transitions.
  • Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: task order portal, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), G Invoicing API, ASSIST portal integration, variance analysis dashboards; MS Project, GFP management modules, WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries, Confluence, Microsoft Search, lessons learned databases, video library repositories, Excel/SharePoint audit templates, CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration, Tableau, predictive analytics engines, trend analysis dashboards; Teams, Azure AD role based access, mobile access via Power Apps.
  • Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: HRIS systems; staffing trackers; resource allocation dashboards; subcontractor coordination trackers; SharePoint/Confluence for staffing documentation; Power BI for resource performance reporting.
