Responsibilities

• Work closely with individual students and small groups in a variety of settings throughout the day to support learning goals in reading, writing, math, and social skills.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers to provide targeted support, share progress data, and adjust strategies to meet student needs.
• Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' engagement and success.
• Assist students with organization, staying on task, and completing assignments.
