Job Summary: The Resource Nurse assumes responsibility for providing appropriate staffing and patient assignments The Resource Nurse provides direction of hospital operation in the absence of the Department Managers and Administrators on scheduled shifts
Requirements
- IA RN license
- BLS
- ACLS are required
- Minimum of 3 years RN inpatient experience required
- Must be a caring communicator
- flexible
- able to multitask
- be comfortable with technological systems
Nice To Haves
- Critical Care experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
