We’re looking for a Resource Manager to centralize resource planning across the agency. As part of our team, you’ll plan, allocate and manage resources - ensuring that resources align with project needs, required skills, and client expectations. You’ll be the connective point between our various departments to ensure our teams are deployed in a balanced, efficient, and on-target way. This role is central to how we run the business day to day and our operational excellence. Ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in bringing clarity to complexity, spotting patterns, and building systems that help people and projects thrive.

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of experience in resource management and coordination
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable managing resources in high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and responsive when quick turnarounds are required
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and resources
  • Experience using collaborative team communication and project management applications such as Monday.com, Trello, Asana, Worktable and MS Teams to ensure efficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date picture of team capacity across all client work.
  • Match skills and availability with incoming work, collaborating with team leads for assignment decisions.
  • Monitor workload distribution, surfacing risks, bandwidth constraints, and opportunities to rebalance.
  • Oversee the work intake process, ensuring requests are complete, clear, and aligned with value stream priorities.
  • Facilitate regular syncs to ensure work readiness, priority clarity, and accurate staffing needs.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and changes to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting related to resourcing, workflow, and project tracking.
  • Support improvements to intake, assignment, and planning processes to increase predictability.
  • Provide weekly updates on design utilization, upcoming capacity, and cross-stream demand.
