This position is part of Clinical Care Operations, which is the hub of patient management for the campus, including bed assignment, unit staffing, house supervision, emergency preparedness (code events and internal disasters), and patient transports. In your role as a Registered Nurse with our Resource Team, you will support the clinical needs of multiple units throughout the hospital (Progressive Care, Med/Surg, Outpatient Observation, and more). In addition, we are always looking to grow our team members by expanding skillsets based off of quarterly goal planning with your management team. Schedule: Full Time, 3x12-hour Day Shift (7:00AM- 7:30PM) with weekend rotations. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
