About The Position

This role is responsible for enabling effective workforce and operational planning through accurate manpower forecasting, resource tracking, and workload modeling. It drives efficiency and automation by identifying, developing, and supporting RPA and business intelligence solutions that streamline repetitive tasks and enhance reporting capabilities. The position serves as a central coordinator for cross-functional support requests, ensuring proper intake, tracking, and billing, while also leading special projects focused on improving reporting tools, automation processes, and data-refresh workflows. Through continuous improvement initiatives and structured project coordination, this role helps optimize resource utilization, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and advance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s level degree or diploma in Business and/or Accounting plus 3 years experience, or 6 years equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant expeience in the industry, based on education.
  • Must be skilled in data analysis.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and/or laws relating to position.
  • Skilled in ability to train and transfer knowledge to others.
  • Ability to lead and present division level projects and activities.
  • Ability to appropriately manage confidential information.
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks with limited direction.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to assist in problem solving.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems in a team-based environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in the Automotive or Aerospace industry or, similar.
  • Technical skills in SAP modules – MM, Project systems

Responsibilities

  • Thorough understanding and accurate reporting of complex manpower trend specific information and future forecasting to customers both local and regional to ensure appropriate awareness of resource information and trends to support successful daily production and stable DPC.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and escalate potential complex issues and propose effective countermeasures as appropriate through data analysis and critical thinking including manpower stat and cost impact.
  • Accurately and efficiently input into SAP department budget information for labor and overtime and generate cost comparisons so that customers (Dept & Plant) can understand the impact and reasons behind the changes to approve and/or adjust as appropriate.
  • Lead and participate in department and division level projects, requests, and activities as appropriate as well as lead business plan projects and activities at both local and regional levels.
  • Identification of improvement opportunities for increased efficiency, customer service and accuracy
  • Manpower management system entry to ensure accurate reporting.
