About The Position

The CCESC is seeking District Resource Coordinators (RCs) for the 2025-2026 school year. The position involves providing support and resources to needy families with academically and otherwise at-risk children. The Resource Coordinator will also promote and increase parent and family involvement in all aspects of school programming, coordinate attendance intervention and social-emotional student support, make and receive referrals from community service agencies, and identify, create, maintain, and facilitate access to resources for families, while working collaboratively with school and district leaders. The position is itinerant, requiring district-wide travels. We are seeking passionate and qualified individuals to serve as RCs in our educational environment. Ideal candidates will provide support and resources to needy families with academically and otherwise at-risk children. The Resource Coordinator will also promote and increase parent and family involvement in all aspects of school programming, coordinate attendance intervention and social-emotional student support, make and receive referrals from community service agencies, and identify, create, maintain, and facilitate access to resources for families, while working collaboratively with school and district leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Guidance, Education, or similar field or a similar level of experience and education
  • At least two years of related work experience
  • Appropriate licensure through the Ohio Department of Education
