Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an operational finance role, headcount management, HR operations, or a similar analytical and execution-focused position within a large organization, preferably in the financial services industry. Demonstrated experience with data management, reporting, and operational process execution. Familiarity with headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Ability to work with large datasets and keen attention to detail for data accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate operational information. Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. A collaborative team player. Adaptable and comfortable with change.
