About The Position

Starting pay rate: $16 / hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it. As a Resort Shuttle Driver, you will: Safely transport guests and team members between resort locations and designated stops on an established route, adhering to the highest safety and service standards. Provide timely assistance for passengers with disabilities, ensuring safe entry and exit from the vehicle. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, logging and reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the department manager. Communicate with dispatch and other drivers via radio to report schedule updates or any service disruptions. Maintain a clean, fueled vehicle ready for operation; handle minor cleaning and service tasks as needed. Deliver interoffice mail and small packages within the resort as assigned. Offer courteous and professional service, including answering guests’ questions about the resort and local attractions. Attend mandatory staff meetings and ongoing training to ensure compliance with resort policies and regulations.

Requirements

CDL license with a clean driving record and Passenger Endorsement.
Ability to operate a variety of shuttle vehicles safely and confidently.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
