Working alongside other top-of-their-game individuals, you'll be dedicated to delivering, creating, and celebrating extraordinary guest experiences in an awe-inspiring setting. The Resort Shuttle Driver plays a key role in delivering a seamless, luxury guest experience by providing reliable, and welcoming transportation between the resort, Bend, and local attractions such as Mt. Bachelor ski resort. You'll operate company shuttles safely and efficiently along designated routes offering friendly, professional service to guests. This role requires a safety-minded driver with strong communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to perform well in variable weather conditions. Resort Shuttle Drivers work part-time year-round with shifts available Monday - Sunday from 6:00am - 12:00pm and 12:00pm to 6:00pm or 6:00am - 6:00pm. Resort Shuttle Drivers earn $22.00/hour.
Requirements
- Valid Oregon Driver's license with a driving record clear of any major moving violations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong knowledge of winter driving practices and confidence navigating snowy or icy conditions.
- Must be willing to commit to working holidays, weekends, and varying shifts including day and evening shifts.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs including skis, snowboards, and various luggage and bags.
- Ability to kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly
Nice To Haves
- Previous professional driving or guest service experience preferred, ideally in a hotel, resort, or transportation setting.
- Previous guest service experience preferred.
