About The Position
Craguns Resort on Gull Lake is looking for personable, mature, detail-oriented, and independent individuals to join our guest experience team as a Security and Transportation Officer! Looking for person/s to fill 3-11pm shift. Job Purpose A successful candidate in this position holds high responsibility for the safety of our guests and facilities, while ensuring a good time is being had by all. Our Security and Transportation Officers spend a lot of time interacting with guests, answering questions, assisting with any needs guests may have, and transporting them to their activities. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for great customer service and a high priority for safety! Come join the Lakes Area home for great friends, family, and having fun! This is a part time or full time year round 3-11pm shift!
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- A valid driver's license with a clear driving record is required
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be extremely organized, personable, and enthusiastic
- Must be 18yrs or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Nice To Haves
- Customer service background a plus!
Responsibilities
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points
- Large focus on running shuttles for golfers, groups, special events etc.
- Greet and identify visitors
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
- Controls traffic by directing drivers
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
- Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
- Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions and provide information during non-business hours or when front desk is not available
- Monitor all cabins, buildings, and systems
- De-escalate situations in a friendly and professional manner
- Work in other 'Guest Experience' departments as needed (ie.,front desk, marina, housekeeping, and conference services)
