About The Position

This position is responsible for management of Company’s product line. Manage all aspects of the manufacturing of the company’s product lines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in a mix plant environment.
• Understands basic PLC programming.
• Must be able to read and speak English/Bilingual.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Carefully measure and mix resin, hardener, and pigment according to work instructions.
• Deliver mixed resin to impreg, filament winding, or wet wrap based on work order.
• Monitor supplies of resin, hardener, pigment, and other resources.
• Monitor process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and safety precautions.
• Comply with all facility safety and work rules.
• Must possess thorough and relevant manufacturing knowledge.
• Keep Supervisor informed of all pertinent information and developments.
• Other duties as assigned.
