This position plays a key role in advancing Carollo Engineers' mission to help water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities prepare for and adapt to evolving climate and hazard risks. As part of Carollo’s Resilience and Sustainability Technical Practice, this position integrates engineering, planning, and climate science to strengthen the resilience of critical water infrastructure and the communities they serve. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Carollo to assess vulnerabilities, develop adaptation and mitigation strategies, and implement practical, science-based solutions that address both near-term risks and long-term sustainability challenges. The position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about applying technical and analytical skills to solve complex environmental and infrastructure problems, bridging the gap between engineering and forward-looking resilience planning. This position offers opportunities to work on high-profile projects throughout North America, contribute to national thought leadership in climate adaptation and resilience management, and grow within a practice that is shaping how the water sector responds to the challenges of climate change, extreme events, and system interdependencies.
