Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance
• Experience preferred, but not required - paid training provided
• As part of the job requirements applicants must have satisfactory results on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist individuals receiving services
• Support medication administration and documentation per agency policy
• Provide transportation as directed
• Complete service notes by the end of each shift
• Communicate updates to supervisors and team members
• Support daily routines, household activities, and life skills groups
