The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $15.00 - $16.00 an hour.   • Work with supervisory and other staff to maintain the general safety of clients staying in our residential treatment units.
  • Ensure that the unit is kept clean and that food safety standards are followed.
  • Help clients with daily activities, supervising recreation and leisure activities.
  • Maintain computer records (attendance, services provided, and progress notes).
  • Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with an electronic medical record.
  • May transport clients if in possession of a valid driver’s license and insurable.
