Methodist Home for Children works to ensure safe, nurturing homes for children while working to eradicate the social and family problems that lead to abuse, neglect, family disruption, and abandonment. We provide community-based services for children and families throughout North Carolina. We partner with public agencies to serve children in crisis and we raise private funds to ensure that we can deliver the best in evidence-based services.
Requirements
- 21+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Able to physically assist clients and drive a company vehicle (valid driver's license)
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to youth in a structured, therapeutic setting
- Document behaviors, support progress, and ensure safety
- Lead skill-building and behavior management activities
