About The Position
A Residential Mental Health Technician (MHT) is a member of a multidisciplinary team. Mental Health Technicians are responsible for creating a positive environment where consumers are able to work towards recovery and achieve desired treatment outcomes. Services are provided in accordance with the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) with an emphasis on ensuring that the consumers gain the necessary skills to manage their behavioral needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years' experience in mental health or community services preferred
- Member in good standing with the agency's Professional Staff Organization OBHP level.
- Must possess a valid Indiana driver's license
