Nestled on a beautiful 300+ acre campus, we support over 600 youth each year through a cradle-to-career continuum that includes foster care, residential treatment, housing support, vocational training, and early childhood education.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the students and facilities are monitored during student sleeping hours and take necessary action required to assure their security, health, and safety.
• Provide leadership and supervision to night shift staff to ensure that all assigned duties are completed in a timely manner.
• Manage the staff shift scheduling.
• Ensure program documentation is completed.
