As our new part-time Night Janitor Team Lead, you're kind of a big deal on our night shift team. You're the go-to person for making sure our cleaners have all the right tools and products they need for the job. Plus, you're always ready to jump in and show them the ropes if they need a little extra guidance. And let's talk about your attention to detail. You've got eagle eyes when it comes to making sure our work meets our high-quality standards. You're like a cleaning ninja, inspecting everything with precision before giving it the green light. We're not just blowing smoke, either. Your on-site experience is invaluable when it comes to creating field reports, janitorial checklists, and new policies for keeping things spick-and-span and safe. And let's not forget about your positive attitude! You're like a ray of sunshine, always motivating your team and ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Basically, you're a rockstar leader who gets satisfaction from working with an amazing team and developing your skills! The expected schedule for this part-time janitorial position is the night shift between the hours of 7:30 PM and 12:30 AM .
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Thorough knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
