Summary: The Residential Support Manager provides support to the Residential Living Department when there are vacancies in Residential Manager positions and provides coverage accordingly. This position will provide supervisory, employee, documentation and system oversight, and on-call responsibilities where needed. The primary function of this role is to fill in leadership openings, ensure consistency and quality of care, ensure consistency and quality of Bridgewell's internal systems and to provide training, mentoring and support to the program employees. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
