About The Position

Have supervisory experience working in a residential setting for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full time Residential Supervisor for a group home that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Opening located in Duncannon. Supervisors provide supervision and direction in a residential setting to direct care staff and provide direct care to individuals with disabilities receiving services in the program to which they are assigned. This involves ensuring the health and safety of the individuals living at the assigned site, supervising/evaluating/training staff, sharing in on-call responsibility, weekly/monthly/annual paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a professional working relationship with the individuals' families, peers, subordinates, all "team" members, and other professionals as well as other duties as assigned. Our Residential Supervisors ONLY oversee ONE group home with 2 to 4 individuals Interested candidates with supervisory and residential experience must meet the following criteria: Be at least 18 years of age. Have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License. Possess an Associate's degree in a human services related field or have two years of experience in a residential setting. Experience supervising direct care workers who support individuals with disabilities. Residential Supervisor's receive CPARC's competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision & life insurance, long term disability, 3 weeks of vacation during 1st year of employment, retirement plan, and extensive paid training program. Requirements
