Residential Supervisor- Full-Time
About The Position
The Residential Supervisor position is to provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the residential Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Taylor Made Living (TML). This position oversees the direct implementation and supervision of services and cares provided to the adults residing at Taylor Made Living. The Residential Supervisor is to perform supervised tasks related to delivery of health, medication, personal cares, therapeutic, behavioral, recreational, and leisure activities for the individuals at Taylor Made Living contributing to the overall Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP) and positive behavior support (PBS) plans. Provides supervision of and implements services and cares provided on behalf of the individuals residing at TML.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ experience managing/supervising staff
- Completion of Developmental Disability Certification through Minot State or ability to be Developmental Disability (DD) Certified six months after hire
- Valid drivers’ license
Nice To Haves
- Associates or bachelor’s degree
- Minimum two years of experience in Developmental Disabilities
- Understand and have a working knowledge of Windows environment
- Intranet and Internet technology. The incumbent must have the ability to access, manipulate, organize and relay information in meaningful ways using: email, word-processing, spreadsheets, data collection sheets, etc.
