About The Position

The Residential Supervisor works under the direction of the Associate Residential Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential home This position provides leadership and supervision to direct care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to clients in accordance with state and federal regulations. The Residential Supervisor works closely with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote independence, safety, and community integration.

Requirements

• 2 years' experience working with individual with intellectual / developmental disabilities
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
• Leadership and communication skills
