About The Position

We are seeking a Full- Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home. You will also provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning. This position is: Monday through Friday 3p-11p (Working with men)

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
• Must be at least 20 years of age
• Must have at least 2 years of driving experince
• Current driver’s license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed
• Some lifting and transferring may be required

Responsibilities

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain all records, including but not limited to posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
• Administer medications
• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
• Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals
• Other duties as assigned
