Residential Specialist Lakeside- Morning/Afternoon (Split Shift)
About The Position

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll support individuals with disabilities in a home setting, helping them build independence, confidence, and daily living skills — all while enjoying a schedule that gives you long midday breaks and evenings completely free. Schedule:Thursday-Friday, 6AM-11AM & 1:30PM -4PM, Saturday 6AM-2PM Split‑Shift Differential: An additional $20.00 per split‑shift day. Location: Lakeside Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65. Who you are: Compassionate individual who genuinely enjoys helping others. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- A passion for making a difference!
Nice To Haves
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting
- Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and personal organization.
- Encourage independence by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.
- Create a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment.
