Residential Specialist Lakeside (Split Shift- No Evenings)
About The Position

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll support individuals with disabilities in a home setting, helping them build independence, confidence, and daily living skills — all while enjoying a schedule that gives you long midday breaks and evenings completely free. Schedule: Sunday, 6AM-2PM, Monday - Wednesday, 6AM-11AM & 1:30PM-4PM Split‑Shift Differential: An additional $20.00 per split‑shift day. Location: Lakeside Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- A passion for making a difference!
Nice To Haves
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
