Residential Specialist- Lemon Grove (Sun-Wed, 7AM-3PM)
About The Position
About the Role: As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence-and with DailyPay, you can access your earnings whenever you need them. Location: Lemon Grove Schedule: Sun-Wed, 7AM-3PM Pay: The pay range for this postion is $20.00 to $20.65. Who you are: Compassionate individual who genuinely enjoys helping others. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- A passion for making a difference!
Nice To Haves
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting
- Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and personal organization.
- Encourage independence by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.
- Create a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment.
