As a Residential Solutions Consultant – Inside Sales, you will help residents within a Pavlov Media fiber network service territory and sell Pavlov Media products and services to customers. In this position you will answer incoming calls and speak with potential customers, complete orders, support service activation, set up accurate billing and then follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also make outgoing calls to prospective customers offering Pavlov Media products. As a consultant, you are expected to meet product and service sales quotas and potentially attend Pavlov Media special events to build your network and increase your sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.
  • Understanding of products and services being sold
  • Self-motivation and a desire for success
  • Time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Internet hardware, Wi-Fi and VoIP desired
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities
