The Residential Services Technician will play a key role in maintaining Dominion’s residential property portfolio by completing punch-out items, performing maintenance repairs, and assisting with renovation projects. This individual will report to the Director of Property Operations. Requirements

Previous experience in residential maintenance, construction, or renovation work
Hands-on experience with basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to complete punch-out and finishing work with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks across different properties
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

Trade school education or certifications related to electrical, plumbing, or construction trades
Experience working in property management, residential renovations, or maintenance teams

Responsibilities

Perform residential maintenance and repair work across Dominion’s property portfolio
Complete punch-out lists on recently renovated homes
Perform light electrical work such as installing fixtures, replacing outlets and switches, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues
Perform plumbing repairs including fixing leaks, installing sinks or faucets, replacing toilets, and resolving drain issues
Handle general maintenance tasks such as drywall patching, painting touch-ups, trim work, caulking, and hardware installation
Install or replace appliances, lighting, and other basic fixtures as needed
Conduct property inspections to identify repair or maintenance needs
Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and company standards
Maintain organized tools, materials, and workspaces
