The Residential Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Casita operations to ensure an exceptional guest and homeowner experience. This role manages reservations for incoming guests while coordinating closely with Casita owners to maintain an accurate monthly calendar of arrivals and departures. Key responsibilities include arranging housekeeping and janitorial services, coordinating tee times and club reservations for guests, and collaborating with the Golf, Food & Beverage, and Membership teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences through strong interdepartmental communication. The position also oversees monthly accounting processes related to guest stays, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, customer service, and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a superior hospitality experience.
