About The Position

Discovery is looking for a Residential Services (RS) Representative to join the team. The RS Rep will serve as a key team member for managing member homes and delivering world-class Discovery service.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates respect for and appreciation of Hawaiian values, history and culture, understanding its implication in one’s work, in fostering meaningful relationships, and in embracing the community served.
  • Prior experience and proven success in a leadership role in luxury property management, concierge and/or member services.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests and team members
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate computer and communication platforms (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, Teams, Building Link).
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; additional languages preferred
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than four (4) hours, and lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned homeowners.
  • Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members/guests, and team members.
  • Inspect all work to ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Stock and inspect properties prior to members/guest arrivals.
  • Secure properties upon members/guests departure.
  • Meet members/guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage and/or grocery deliveries.
  • Ensure pre-arrival/post-departure checklists for each home are completed in a timely manner and accurately.
  • Report any emergency needs to the Residential Services Manager.
  • Manage delivery of packages to members’ homes as needed.
  • Execute member requests promptly and with professional demeanor.
  • Perform and report general maintenance tasks as applicable.
  • Assist with coordinating and preparing rental unit usage.
  • Schedule vendors around preferences, occupancy, and vacancy.
  • Maintain owner’s binders and photo books inclusive of all appliance/amenity offerings within each home, to include owner’s guides and assistance with operating.
  • Coordinate with or assist other departments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
