About The Position

This role is for a Residential Services Attendant at Troubadour Golf & Field Club, located outside Nashville, Tennessee, which is part of Discovery Land Company. The Attendant will be responsible for overseeing general property management services through frequent home inspections, including housekeeping, maintenance, grocery shopping, laundry, package delivery, and other member requests. The position is full-time and involves creating the Discovery Land Company experience for members and employees. Troubadour Golf & Field Club is a private community spanning 980 acres with 375 residences, an 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course, a multi-sport complex, an organic farm, world-class restaurants, private recording studios, music venues, and wellness facilities. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid drivers licence in good standing.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience and proven success in the hospitality or service industry is strongly preferred.
  • CPR, First Aid, AED Certification preferred.
  • Additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members/guests, and team members.
  • Inspect all work to ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Stock and inspect properties prior to members/guest arrivals.
  • Secure properties upon members/guests departure.
  • Meet members/guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Ensure pre-arrival/post-departure checklists for each home are completed in a timely manner and accurately.
  • Report any emergency needs to the Director of Residential Services.
  • Manage delivery of packages to members’ homes as needed.
  • Execute member requests promptly and with professional demeanor.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks as applicable.
  • Assist with coordinating and preparing rental unit usage.
  • Maintain owner’s binders inclusive of all appliance/amenity offerings within each home, to include owner’s guides and assistance with operating.
  • Coordinate with or assist other departments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
