About The Position

Richmond Community Services, a leading non-profit provider of support services for individuals with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral disabilities, offers a unique opportunity to lead an 83-bed ICF Residence. At this facility, RCS supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and medical fragility. The Residential Services Administrator is responsible for providing oversight to the 919 ICF Residence and shall provide supervision and support to the 919 Residential Director, the 919 Director of Nursing, and the 919 Residential Management in meeting the clinical and social needs of all individuals supported. The Residential Services Administrator ensures that the physical environment, medical/nursing interventions, and fiscal and regulatory requirements are maintained in accordance with RCS and regulatory standards. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the residences, vacancy management process, provision of active treatment services, and staff recruitment and training to support the delivery of residential ICF services. As part of the program’s leadership team, the Residential Services Administrator will ensure that services are person-centered, outcome-driven, and are provided in the least restrictive way to respect the inherent rights, dignity, and choices of each person served. Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management or Master’s in Healthcare Management required
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, specifically evening and weekend hour
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Access to a vehicle to transport oneself between Agency sites required

Nice To Haves

  • 10 years of relevant experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Nursing Home Administrator license preferred
  • Experience with person-centered planning approaches and positive behavioral supports preferred
  • Working knowledge and experience of OPWDD regulations preferred
