In this role, you will provide high-quality service, maintenance, and repairs for residential customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll represent Lee’s in the field and play a key role in building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

Experience as a residential service technician (HVAC)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive, team-first attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Required certifications or licenses (or willingness to obtain them)

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, solutions, and recommendations
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Complete work accurately and efficiently while following safety standards
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment
Collaborate with dispatch, teammates, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
