About The Position
Energy Savers is seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Columbus, Georgia. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls
- Accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers
- Complete service documentation and invoices in a timely manner
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Represent Energy Savers professionally in customers’ homes
