About The Position

Alleghany Highlands Community Services provides services and support to individuals in our community with behavioral health challenges and intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Residential Service Provider provides support to individuals dealing with mental illness. Contributes knowledge of best practice safety and security techniques to clients and staff. Performs basic housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Valid Driver's License (required)

Nice To Haves

• One year of previous experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• ensuring the safety and security of clients
• identify behaviors, situations or physical plant conditions that obstruct safety and security
• plan, implement, and monitor both immediate and long-range recommendations that create an environment of safety and security
