As a Residential Licensed Service Plumber, you will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs. You will also inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes. You will demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills on every job, maintain strong customer service and clear communication with homeowners, attend periodic manufacturer and in-house training classes, participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, manage proper inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for repairs, and complete accurate documentation of all service and maintenance calls. You will also handle physical workloads of at least 50 lbs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience (required)
  • Rhode Island Journeyman Plumbing License with field experience (required)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotations
