Requirements
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills
- Comfort working with modern plumbing tools and systems
- Clear, professional communication with customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces or tight areas
- A mindset that values quality, accountability, and growth
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drainage systems
- Install and service fixtures, piping, water heaters, sump pumps, and water treatment solutions
- Educate homeowners on maintenance, system care, and upgrade options
- Use modern tools and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Represent AllTech with professionalism, integrity, and pride
