The Facility Nurse provides essential medical and health services to children served at The Centers H.O.P.E. Campus, delivering trauma-informed, compassionate care to multi-system youth navigating complex behavioral health, developmental disability, juvenile justice, and child welfare challenges. Our goal is to create a lasting impact through positive interactions that focus on assisting our clients with the tools needed to overcome barriers—to assist with confidence building and emotional regulation through transparency and active listening without judgment. The Centers' H.O.P.E. Campus (Healing, Optimism, Partnership, and Enrichment) serves as a hub for child welfare transformation in Cuyahoga County. We provide emergency response, stabilization, and residential programming for youth facing complex placement challenges through trauma-informed care and cross-system collaboration.
