About The Position

With over 20 years in high-end whole-home remodels and additions, we also handle smaller projects to build lasting relationships. The company specializes in high-end residential remodeling in San Francisco and southern Marin County.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a project manager in high-end residential remodeling in and around San Francisco
  • Minimum of 5+ continuous years as a tradesperson working in the field, preferably as a carpenter
  • Prior tradesperson work must be verifiable with prior employers
  • Intimate familiarity with the proper execution of all facets of residential construction and remodeling
  • Can read architectural and structural plans and understand notations
  • Fluency in English vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and syntax
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word, Google Drive, Windows and project management software
  • High-school diploma minimum
  • Clean DMV and criminal record
  • Have smartphone with data plan

  • College degree a plus
  • Spanish-language proficiency a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist and manage multiple high-end residential remodels in San Francisco and southern Marin County
  • Utilize JobTread for project specifications, change orders, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Oversee the construction process from pre-development to post-construction
  • Assist with budgeting, document compilation, and reporting
  • Identify and issue Change Orders
  • Resolve production problems and inefficiencies
  • Support production staff and ensure timely material orders
  • Verify subcontractor documentation
