Requirements

Confident, humble, eager, empathetic, and innovative
Forward-thinking and accountable with excellent communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working onsite and in our San Francisco office
Able to stand or walk for extended periods
1-3 years of experience working as a project manager in high-end residential remodeling in and around San Francisco
Minimum of 5+ continuous years as a tradesperson working in the field, preferably as a carpenter (must be verifiable with prior employers)
Intimate familiarity with the proper execution of all facets of residential construction and remodeling
Can read architectural and structural plans and understand notations
Fluency in English vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and syntax
Proficient in MS Excel and Word, Google Drive, Windows and project management software
High-school diploma minimum
Clean DMV and criminal record
Have smartphone with data plan
Ability to pass drug tests
Legal resident of the U. S. A.

Responsibilities

Assist and manage multiple high-end residential remodels in San Francisco and southern Marin County
Utilize JobTread for project specifications, change orders, schedules, and budgets
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Oversee the construction process from pre-development to post-construction
Assist with budgeting, document compilation, and reporting
Identify and issue Change Orders
Resolve production problems and inefficiencies
Support production staff and ensure timely material orders
Verify subcontractor documentation
