About The Position

Crossroads Community is seeking a motivated and dedicated Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) Manager to oversee and inspire our rehabilitation services team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about mental health and committed to building cohesive, client-focused teams. As an RRP Manager, you will direct the day-to-day operations of our rehabilitation programming and service delivery. You will supervise and support staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and help clients achieve their goals in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll be at the heart of collaboration, working with clinical providers, Health Homes, and your team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Requirements

  • AA or BA in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • BA with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or AA with at least 3 years of positively referenced experience in the field.
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be, or agree to become within 1 year, a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) through the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA).

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily program operations, ensuring compliance with policies, fiscal guidelines, and accreditation standards.
  • Supervise, schedule, and evaluate program staff, fostering accountability and growth.
  • Support staff in addressing client needs and managing daily issues.
  • Approve and process service notes in compliance with billing and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate consumer entry, orientation, and transitions within the program.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with clinical and Health Home partners.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts and maintain safe, healthy environments.
  • Monitor performance outcomes and operate within budget parameters.
